One of the joys of living here in Paris so far has been regular dinner dates with philosopher Anthony Grayling. I suggest the day and vibe. He picks the restaurant and makes the booking. And we talk philosophy and love and griefs and the point of it all for five hours. Then he sends me a text to make sure I got home safe.
