Here I am on the Seven Hanging Valleys hike from Praia de Vale Centeanes to Praia da Marinha in southern Portugal, although I joined three hikes together along the coast this day, totalling 23km. A shit-tonne of up and down cliffs and steps. I hiked from my campervan overlooking the cliffs in the direction of Portimao, to Carvoeiro, then along the boardwalk hike to Praia de Vale Centeanes. And so on.
