Today’s collation features two trips that you would want to plan for, to ensure you travel in the right season, that you choose the right person to guide you, and that you get to enjoy the best food experience both on the trail, but also before and after. Of course, I provide all such data for you.
The first is a multi-day jaunt across the desert in Jordan with a Bedouin shepherd (which I did with a girlfriend).
The second is a pilgrimage hike in the south of Japan, staying in an onsen and private homes. Enjoy!
