Hooary! So glad to have Wild back! "Own it fully" as the adults in the current times. I find it strengthening to know we are doing this as a community and not alone. x
So happy Wild is back, Sarah. I keep thinking of that line in your book “ look with softening eyes” when we sit with people who are only just realising what it all means and yes collapse in our lifetime is for real. I look with softening eyes and feel a gentleness towards those around me. I look forward to hearing from your guests as to how best to navigate this uncertain, liminal time.
Just spent the weekend at Narara Ecovillage, immersed with like minded souls under the wise guidance from John Seed and the rituals for Deep Ecology. I would love to hear you both going on a Cosmic walk together.
Sarah I was reminded when you put this in context of other collapses, that we’ve been through versions of this before, and I thought - “how can we collapse better this time?”, and that felt like a positive framing and noble aim, placing us in the continuum of it all, but importantly inviting us to learn and lean on our ability to learn and innovate from previous times. This was a calming thought! I’m delighted the podcast is back! 🙌
Great news Sarah. Your voice on Collapse is unique. Its accessible and comprehensive too - always get something to take away from your interviews with relevant and fascinating folk. Thank you!
I mentioned on. Youtube, Sar, whether Tom Holland might be an interesting person to chat to. His Rest is History podcast has a good following and he will have explored some of the historical liminal times, I suspect in his research.

Excited for this new chapter of Wild! Big love x
do you reckon he has a collapse lens going on?
No idea ... but his historical research will have observed previous collapses. I'll do some research myself and let you know.
So happy that Wild is back, Sarah!! I'll do as much subscribing / liking / sharing as I can and can't wait for the first 12 episodes. xx
So delighted to have you back in my Spotify feed this morning!
