Fantastic Sarah!! The more informed we can be about this election the better. I have a question - I live in North Queensland, in a region that has a diverse economy - one of which is coal mining. I'm incredibly concerned about the climate crisis and see the effects in my own business and life every day. Unfortunately for our region it looks like we only have candidates for LNP, Labor and UAP. Read your book and listen to your podcasts - yep lots of pearls - but this post on the upcoming election is you at your very best - and influential with purpose! I’m no political animal. Never been a member of a party. This election I’m front and centre standing behind Monique Ryan in my electorate of Kooyong. Independents will allow those who give a faark to finally have a voice! And we are only 5500 votes away from dishing the Josh! 🎉
So excited for this. I use TikTok to challenge gender norms even though I probably appeal to the patriarchal male gaze quite conventionally, I want to use that platform somewhat like a Trojan horse. If I can help/push education/share facts& stats, I’ll love to be on board.

Feeling rather frightened at the prospect of another 4 years of tokenism (if even that) from the federal government
