Sounds fun ☺️

Real name = Kelsey Pateman.

I’d love to know the keys to creating a sustainable ruckus = how not to become emotionally burnt out by all the messed up thinking/actions around us re: climate, housing market, Meta taking over our lives.

Also if you had tips on publishing on a difficult topic (a la first we make the beast beautiful) for a budding first time author 🙋🏻‍♀️

Yep, I’m there!

Building momentum for people in the mainstream to choose the sustainable choice, in the face of affordability, convenience and distraction, how to?

Oh also I would love to chat about changing our food system. We are avocado farmers and the system is broken. Farmers markets alone aren’t the answer but how do we lead a conversation around a whole of system approach to change. Farmers are responsible for huge parcels of land but there is currently no financial reward or incentive for best practice, sustainable, ethical farming. I listened to your interview with Rebecca Giblin about Chokepoint Capitalism and it got me very inspired again. Farmers are like creatives, we love the work and just want to produce things.. but that gets exploited.. and actually we don’t really need that much! It’s a whole situation with many layers but I’d love to hear your thoughts. Looking forward to it xx

Yep I'm there. This is for the parent's amongst the community. Can you parent and make space for the big questions? Are we in a time where pro-creation dilutes our ability to focus on what our world really needs?

Ps as a wino I'm totally happy to recommend any beverage selections for your glass of wine.

Sounds great Sarah, I’ll be there. I have recently joined the ranks of the chronically ill with Long Covid, and have started writing in a desperate attempt to connect with the world beyond my bedroom. I’d love to hear your tips on maintaining a consistent writing practice through the challenges of chronic illness.

Yes wonderful idea. Count me in. I’m moving to the country from Melbourne soon and I’d like to set up a group for menopausal women to meet and talk in person (?maybe throw in climate action). Love to brainstorm the idea as I’m not sure where to start.
