You've been my idol since 2013 when I found your I Quit Sugar book (Finnish version) from a book store in a tiny city in Eastern Finland. And that was actually the first step in my healing journey. Since then, I've been interested of health in all areas. Real food helped me healing my body and mind which were so disconnected from reality and spirituality. So thank you Sarah! You are precious <3

I enjoy the video format for conversations such as this, but there are definitely times I like to read more detailed content to absorb it and then share it with friends and family.

Cannot believe the sugar journey in the media over the last 11 years. I was mocked by (said friends and family haha) for believing a "gimmick" all those years ago and all those eye rolls... And look at the attitude today! It's just a given! I wouldn't be able to fathom how much you would have had to take during those early years 🙏

yes, apparently it was just a fad!

Love the video format and glad to hear your enjoying substack. I love it.

As for IQS well done on building it, stepping away (just as admirable if not more) and now fully stepping away. May you feel slightly lighter and free-er today ❤️. Thank you for always leading with values in mind.

Hey Sarah, long time no see/speak! Great to see what you are up to :) I would love to know which platforms (other than this one) you are moving over to. I am trying to figure out which ones would be best to switch over to myself!

Hi Sarah, love your transparency and desire to keep moving forward. We used to share office space with your team in Commonwealth st and taste tested a lot of the early creations! Look forward to working with you again on BYO cup week (Leichhardt team!)

Always in awe of your journey and your brave, authentic decisions. Build, maintain, disperse. The sacred triangle of life. Love that you keep following what is authentically true to you.

PS Those old school filters made me feel nostalgic about another time and place.
