On a separate note Sarah I have found an amazing woman who has written some excellent articles on here: https://eggshelltherapy.com/ - (I don’t love the name) but she explores the biological nature of people who display traits of being an empath, highly sensitive, have environmental sensitivity, people who are 2e (twice exceptional), autism, people with a sense of justice, giftedness. I think you were exploring some of these themes. I think her writing is very helpful.
